This 2 BR/2BA condo is in a convienent area of the beach and has a large kitchen / great room area, inside utility room and lanai with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and beach. This corner unit also offers nice breezes from the gulf side and side of building. Building has known storm damage from Hurricane Ian especially on ground floor but this first floor unit did not flood. Water meter showed some dampness in drywall (Probably due to blown in water intrusion from higher unit?) so some bottom sheets of drywall have been removed as a precaution. HOA contractor has started repair / permitting process for damages on building. HOA is supposed to repair drywall but owner will be responsible for painting. Buyers should verify repairs to be done by HOA and status during inspection period. Please allow at least 24 hours notice for showings at this time because doors on stairwells are being changed out and access is limited but usually weekdays during the hours of 9AM to 4PM work best since workers are usually on site.
